I’ve always had a dog and have taken care of family and friends’ dogs of all different ages, ranging from puppies to senior dogs. I love making dogs feel loved when their owners are away on trips.

I provide care in my clients' homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether I'm house sitting, stopping by for drop-in visits, or taking dogs on walks, I always follow each owner's instructions and keep their pet's normal routine. I make safety a top priority by ensuring doors and gates are secure, and using provided leashes and harnesses during walks. I provide fresh water, meals, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention to ensure they’re not only cared for but feel loved. I also treat every client's home with care and respect, keep the space clean, and provide regular updates with messages and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they're away.

Melanie is amazing! We’ve known her personally for years, and she has always been incredibly conscientious, responsible, and kind. She has a natural way with animals and instantly makes them feel comfortable and loved. Our dog absolutely loves her! Melanie has been attentive every time she’s watched him and has patiently helped him through his funny eating habits. I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely loving with their pets.
We have an active medium golden doodle. The last several times we went out of town Melanie took care of him and it was wonderful not having to worry about him while we were away! He was very happy/excited to see her each time —so that’s testimonial enough for me that he was loved and well cared for each time.
Melanie watched our two French bulldogs for us several times. She is absolutely the best dog sitter! She is so good with our dogs, she send photos throughout the day, and you come home knowing she spent so much time with them, they were exhausted tired from all the play time. We absolutely recommend her, and we will definitely be using her again!

Schedule
I go to school Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the day, but I am available during the evenings. Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays I am available anytime to care for your pet!
