Second time for Scooter with Melanie and it was great again. She bought him a sweater to keep him warm, cleaned him up, he smells so good! She gave him his meds , food and walks and sent us a photo everyday. We are thankful for her help!

Our senior dog Jackson had a great stay with Melanie! Jackson had a great time, with long walks, and lots of attention. Melanie was communicative, helpful, and always sent pics. We would definitely book with Melanie again!

I highly recommend Melanie for dog sitting, over night care and dog walking! She provided exceptional care for my 3 year old pup during my 5-night vacation. Her apartment community offers a great space for exercise, and she ensured my dog remained active while adhering to all my preferences. Melanie treated my dog as if he were her own, bringing him along everywhere she went and never leaving him alone. Melanie was incredibly communicative and trustworthy. I will definitely rely on her for all my future dog-sitting needs!

Melanie lost my dog! Moose slipped out of his collar and ran away. Luckily he ended up back at my house uninjured. My roommates notified me that he was there. After that I didn't want Moose to go back with Melanie since I wasn't sure she could be trusted with him. Moose has stayed with Rover's before without any issues. I requested a refund for the nights she did not watch him or to modify the request to show just one night of care. She said she didn't know how to modify the booking, but she said she would Zelle me the refund, but then said she didn't know how to use Zelle. She has now blocked me from Rover or something. I was hoping to avoid writing a negative review as I know how important Rover income is for many people. However, her lack of professionalism in dealing with this matter is unsettling and untrustworthy.

Melanie is my go-to sitter for my pup and I know he’s in the best hands every time I’m away. She spoils him as much as I do and he truly loves staying with her. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a loving sitter!

Melanie was incredible! We were gone for 10 days which is a long time to leave your dog with a new sitter. She was so communicative and unphased by our dogs leash aggressive qualities. She took him to the park and sent amazing photos of him clearly living his best life. I would book her again in a heartbeat. She clearly really cares for animals and was so in tune to our dogs needs and preferences! Definitely book her!
