Melanie was superb with my Mariah. She was always on time and spent a lot of time playing with her. She kept us updated every visit and took loads of videos of play and cuddles. I would highly recommend Melanie. X

Unfortunately, this was a very stressful experience. I was asked to collect my dog, Zoe, shortly after drop-off with almost no explanation—only a brief message stating that she had “growled.” There was no phone call, no discussion, and no attempt to provide context or work through the situation. Zoe is a large, vocal dog and sometimes “talks,” which can be mistaken for growling by those unfamiliar with this behaviour. When I arrived, she was calm and quiet, while another dog on the premises was barking loudly throughout. Prior to the booking, the sitter met Zoe in person and observed her vocal behaviour, including her growling/talking, and explicitly stated that she was fine with it and comfortable handling her. Despite this, the booking was ended abruptly without discussion. The lack of communication and inconsistency between what was agreed beforehand and what happened on the day caused unnecessary stress and concern. I would not book again and would advise other owners of similar dogs to proceed with caution.

A typical day routine with me starts with a country walk and then rest Play time in the garden with enrichment toys and other dog friends then another walk before bed time Natural treats and enrichment in between
