Humans shouldn't be the only ones getting a vacay! Your pup deserves one too! After all, he does a lot of...laying around?playing with toys? snoring? It's a ruff life. Give your little furry friend a change of pace and come stay a while! I live in the Brookland neighborhood in NE DC with access for the best walks such as the Franciscan monastery gardens and Fort Bunker Hill woods. I have a 1 bdrm clean apt that is comfortable and relaxing for your dog. For a tiny background about me: I work in healthcare and I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that is with me a few days of the week and he’s very sweet and gets along very well with other dogs. I currently am home for the majority of the day. I request in advance information on if the dog has any medical conditions, as well as the contact information of their veterinarian. (This is primarily for older dogs). There is also an animal hospital very close (5 min walk) to me. If your dog needs the opportunity to run around and is high energy I have a fenced courtyard, although I wouldn’t recommend it during tick season. But we can always do checks anyway. The photos are of my Cavalier, Ares, and a family dog.

Melanie stayed at my house for 2 and a half hours after walking the dog without asking. She left the front door unlocked and then didn't properly secure my dog or cats. After trying to talk to her about what happened - the next day she never showed up.
I have used Melaine twice and each time she has done an amazing job! She is responsive, friendly and is extremely caring towards my two dogs. She is amazing and I would recommend her!
Melanie was a perfect companion for our pup: home a lot, fan of long walks, very responsive. She was great and we certainly plan to book with her again in the future.

A typical day
There are lots of beautiful areas nearby me for walks, a courtyard for playing fetch/games, and enjoy snuggling and quiet time as well. Your pet will definitely be entertained, safe, and loved :) I love to send owners photo updates!
