Dog lover seeking doggy companion in N1
Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Mel and I'm new to Rover! I have over 25 years of experience with owning dogs. I recently sadly lost my beloved golden retriever who lived with my family in Cyprus, however I house-trained him and lovingly looked after when he was a puppy. Before JJ, I grew up with a Doberman, so I'm very used to training and being around dogs of all personalities and sizes, especially large breeds. I absolutely adore dogs and would be thrilled to be able to offer my services for dog walking, dog sitting, or general dog visits during the week and over the weekends. I do not have any pets in my home at the moment and live near several large parks which are dog friendly. If you have any specific questions about my experience, please give me a shout. Otherwise, I'd love to meet you and your doggy companion! :)

Melanie was fantastic. After an injury, I was hesitant to leave Tommy but for the first time was able to have a stress free day. Melanie kept me informed through out the day with little updates and pictures. Thank you so much for taking care of Tommy!

Melanie has grown up around dogs and has a very special way with them. She loves and appreciates dogs more than anyone I know, and will certainly take great care of any dog that is entrusted to her. She is also extremely responsible, knowledgeable and reliable in general, but especially when it comes to caring for dogs. She is able to handle all types of breeds, and is especially experienced with larger dogs. I would not hesitate to hire Melanie as she will care for your dog as if its her own, and you can rest assured they will be in amazing hands!
