I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up in Chile in a family with dogs and cats, where I learned from an early age how to care for them, understand their needs, and give them lots of love. I currently have a 6 years old cat who even traveled with me from Chile, so I truly understand how important pets are and how much trust it takes to leave them in someone else’s care. I’m vegetarian and deeply committed to animal welfare, which is reflected in the patience, respect, and love I give to every pet. I adapt to each animal’s routine, personality, and needs—whether that means playtime, walks, calm companionship, or special care.

Melanie has been absolutely wonderful with my puppy. From the very beginning, it was clear how caring and dedicated she is, and my puppy absolutely adores her. She sent me lovely photos and regular updates throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. She also took great care of my home, leaving everything clean and tidy, and communication with her was always easy, friendly, and smooth. I’m so happy to have found someone I can truly trust, and I will definitely ask Melanie to look after my puppy again in the future. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my little one! 😊
Wir können Melanie nur empfehlen und buchen sie gerne jederzeit wieder. Melanie ist sehr freundlich und hat sich zuverlässig und außerordentlich liebevoll um unsere drei Katzen gekümmert. Die Kommunikation lief wunderbar und wir konnten unseren Urlaub unbeschwert genießen, da wir wussten, dass es unseren Katzen an nichts fehlt. Darüber hinaus ist Melanie auf all unsere Bedürfnisse sowie die der Katzen eingegangen und hat es als erste Sitterin geschafft, dass unsere Katzen während unserer Abwesenheit und insbesondere an den Tagen nach dem Urlaub super entspannt waren. Melanie took very good care of my two cats and kept me updated with texts and pictures during my trip. Communication was very easy and fast. I would highly recommend Melanie and definitely let her look after my cats again in the future.

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my routine since I currently have a very flexible schedule. I have plenty of time to adapt to each pet’s needs and make sure they receive the attention, care, and companionship they deserve.

always prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in my care. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs or instructions from their owner. I follow feeding schedules carefully, ensure fresh water is always available, and keep a clean, calm, and safe environment. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel secure and relaxed. I’m attentive during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and make sure pets are always supervised. Communication is also very important to me—I keep owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel at ease while they’re away.
