I have cared for my own 3 dogs and multiple other (domestic/exotic) pets over the last 28 years. Sadly, the hubby says we can’t own more than one dog. My caring for your dog is my way of getting to play and love on more dogs! Experienced in dog walking, senior care, puppy care, training. If you are looking for someone to love & care for your pup like you do- I’m your gal! I will exercise & play with your dog while you are away. Come home to a happy & well cared for dog.

Melanie was absolutely great with my pup Nicey. She was here early for the pick up and next day was back exactly as agreed to drop her off again. The pictures provided were very nice to get, Nicey seemed to have a blast with her in her home. Definitely recommend for your pups as well!
Melanie is amazing! She made us feel so comfortable with leaving our pup for the first time. Her level of communication was perfect and I think Shasta was genuinely sad to come home.

Schedule
I am currently a small business owner and artist who has time to play and walk your pups while you are away at work! I am free during the daytime and late afternoon hours to come to your home. Evenings are not preferred but early evening could be arranged on a per basis. I am home mostly all day.

Safety, trust & environment
I am an experienced dog walker and will exercise your pup in your neighborhood or mine. I have a fenced in yard to keep your pup safe and well exercised with ball playing and running around. I will always meet your pet prior to committing to care for them to make sure we are both comfortable with each other. As a bonus to you- I have experience in basic obedience training and will use that skill set while with your dog.
Pets
A typical day
I will stimulate your dog with ball throwing, walks in your neighborhood to smell new smells, possibly a trip to the beach (if they play nicely with others), backyard play in mine or yours and lots and lots of cuddles and enrichment toys. Your pup will get tons of attention when you are not home.
