We live in such a beautiful city, there are so many great places to explore. I do have a car, so distance walks are always an option. I love getting to know every new dog individually so I can provide a walk and visit that makes them feel safe, comfortable, and loved!

Pet care experience
I have rarely been without a pet in my own home, and I have experience working with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I love spending time with and caring for my friends and family's pets, and I’d love to add you and your critters to my growing extended fur-family! I have a sweet little old man cat of my own named Simon, and although I don't have a space for my dream dog just yet, I am looking forward to the opportunity to get to know some local Chicago pups! I am available for drop in visits (for both cats and dogs) and twice-daily walks. If you are headed out of town and looking for someone attentive and loving to look after your critters, I look forward to hearing from you! I love to send pictures, videos, and daily updates, so you can rest assured that they are in good hands!

We’ve booked Melanie’s sitter services multiple times now and she is always so wonderful with our pups and our house. She works so well with our grumpy dude and took on staying with our not her 100% potty trained puppy.
