Could not recommend Melanie enough! She was very responsive to our messages and sent us daily updates with pictures about our pups without us asking. Left our place looking like she found it and the dogs seemed to love her company.

Melanie is so sweet and kind, especially when regarding my five year old puppy, Nico. He can be a little overzealous on walks, wanting and needing to sniff everything under the sun and mark his presence with every that doesn’t smell like him. Melanie knows exactly how to balance out his dog energy while keeping him safe. She’s very observant, looks out for other dogs, and makes it known how much she cares.

From the first meeting, it was clear how much care and attention Melanie put into taking care of my dog, Coco, and my cat, Morris. She took the time to thoroughly understand Coco and Morris's routines and personalities. While I was away, I had no issues or worries about my pets. Coco got her daily walks and playtime, and Morris (who is usually shy with new people) was clearly comfortable and well looked after. I came home to two happy, relaxed pets and a clean home. I trust Melanie completely and will absolutely be booking again.

I highly recommend Melanie as a pet sitter. She is responsible, dependable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every pet she looks after. She’s attentive and really takes the time to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I look for her first when I need help with my dog Rosie. Any pet and pet owner would be in great hands with Melanie.
