TOOK AN EMERGENCY flight to bury my grandmother Left Romeo locked in a crate , she texted me every 5 mins about him crying the moment I pulled off I WAS TEXTED. WHILE I WAS AT MY GRANDMOTHERS FUNERAL BEFORE my flight left I told her I would come and get him if he isn’t comfortable. When I picked my dog up he cried for at least two hours after me getting him . Romeo has been kept by other dog sitters and this has not ever happen of how he was treated . I wasn’t going to write a review but I feel like I deserved to the way my dog was treated I also have pictures indication how he was left to poop where he lay his head at . The doggy bed was a new expensive one . But it’s diabolical to I offered to come back and get him and she declined . Sent him home with an excessive amount of feces on his bed questioned me about my return as if I lied about my grandmother passing away which I paid her in full and packed all of the things he may need . I EVEN PICKED HIM UP AND HOUR EARLY. He did cry when I left and warmed up the next day however I don’t like how my dog was treated . When I picked him up his doggy bed was full of liquid stool Romeo is use to using pads and not going on his doggy beds she also had other dogs there as well when we were greeted the dogs where already aggressively barking which made my dog scared . I packed everything new and clean for him and only thing I forgot to pack was his sweater she even texted about taking Romeo to the vet to get shaved and I told her NO that my dog has an appointment it just happen to land after the day of me burying my grandmother . I FEEL VERY LET DOWN AND DISRESPECTED on so many level cause when I picked Romeo up her energy told it all .

Melanie and her family were amazing. My pup made new friends! So have I.

Our pet absolutely loves staying with Melanie and her family! They always treat him like a part of the family and take such great care of him.

We can tell Zeemo loved his stay with Melanie and her 2 dogs!! He was so well taken care of and happy. She also sent us photos and videos which we love! Such a clean and cozy house. Would definitely book Melanie again and recommend her to others. Zeemo will miss Dave and Harley! Thank you Melanie!

Melanie took great care of my dog for two nights and three days. She kept me updated with pictures, and he looked happy and relaxed the whole time. He came back calm and content, which tells me he was well cared for. I’d definitely use her again!

Fantastic experience from start to end! Highly recommend! The normal day care i use was unavailable and had very short notice but Melani was AMAZING. So caring, great communication, and my lil boy had a wonderful time. It takes a bit to make him tired but they did it! A+ would use again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
