Our dog Kani really enjoyed her stay at Melanie and Philip's house! They provided daily updates and pictures while we were away along with plenty of excercise. We'd recommend them to family and friends.

Our dog’s stay with Melanie and Philip went absolutely perfectly. We were nervous using Rover for the first time with our dog but it could not have gone better. Melanie and Phillip let us come over for meet and greet, and we quickly felt at ease. They were so kind and communicative. We received pictures of our dog every day with updates. Your dog is in great hands with them! We will definitely be re-booking 😊

Our boys (cat and dog) were well taken care of! However, the lack of communication and our cats tracker dying despite instructions to keep it charged daily were slightly disappointing. I would have no problem booking them again, since once this was communicated, the tracker was charged and more photos were sent.

I can’t say enough good things about Melanie and Phillip. Our dog Ollie was spoiled during his stay with them. They were very good about keeping us updated on Ollie and made it know that Ollie was in good hands. Very loving people. Ollie was actually kinda sad when we got home, probably cause he was living his best life with them. We will definitely be using them again to watch our pup!

Melanie is FANTASTIC. She has kept my dog twice now and I am so so thankful. She sent me so many pictures and took my dog on so many walks. She came home EXHAUSTED and I’m pretty sure she didn’t want to leave!

The Food Situation: When I realized I hadn't supplied enough food for the full week, Phil and Melanie didn't miss a beat. They proactively handled it all with zero stress. 2. Flight Cancellation: My return flight was cancelled at the last minute, leaving me stranded. When I reached out in a panic, they were incredibly flexible and compassionate, immediately agreeing to keep him for an extra night. Final Verdict: Phil and Melanie are professional, resourceful, and incredibly kind. They turned what could have been a stressful week into a "staycation" for my dog. I will be booking them for every future trip—they are truly the gold standard! Thank you both for everything!
