I am currently a student and my university is close to where I live, therefore it is easy to check in on any pet I am taking care of when I am at university.

I usually take them out for a walk in the morning, afternoon and evening to the park right next to my building, however depending on my university schedule and pet’s character, I may take them to the beach and different parks as well as play dates with my friends’ pets. Regarding their usual routine, I will also obviously abide as much as possible to what the owner and pet’s usual routine usually is as to help the pet feel as home as possible with me.

Hi! I am Melanie and I love animals. I am from Malta and am 25 years old. I have a law degree but decided to move to Hamburg to study Medicine. I am currently learning German, but I can also speak English and Italian fluently apart from my native language Maltese. I grew up with having plenty of pets from a young age. I do not have any pets here in Hamburg but I have experience with dogs of all ages and cats. Moreover, I have taken care of dogs and cats with different disabilities and illnesses, including diabetes and paralysis. I am therefore capable of taking full care of your beloved pet. Pets are the best part of our family and they truly deserve the best. I will treat any pet assigned to me as if they are my own. Vaccinated pets are preferred but not a must. Melanie was really great with our Banjo! We will definitely be using here again in the future! Banjo came home and was exhausted after his fun-filled day with her!

Melanie had my teenage dog for a day. I know my dog can be a lot but Melanie handled her perfectly :) She was also very responsive and I knew my dog was in great hands. Can definitely recommend!
