🐷🐱🐶Experience: I've groomed and trained dogs for over 10 years now, and I'm also very experienced with other animals such as cats and small animals (chinchillas, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, rats). I care for any and all dogs! If your dog is problematic with strangers we can arrange a meet and greet and plan accordingly. 💊Medication administration: Yes, show me ahead of time, write down dosage, time of day administered, and which dog(s) or cat(s) receive medication. 🛁Grooming Services: I offer mobile dog grooming services, so if at the end of the visit you would like me to get your pups all cleaned up we can discuss that at the meet and greet. 🗓️Scheduling: I ask for open and clear communication on your expectations of your pet(s) care needs in the daytime. My schedule can book quickly, so I ask for advanced notice for any bookings. I do work in the weekdays; however, I do make my own schedule so there is room for some flexibility. 🚩 I do NOT offer full time care. If your pet(s) require 24/7 monitoring, please seek out another sitter who can best suit your needs. ✏️ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I absolutely love all animals, and understand every one is an individual, meaning they need individualized care. I’m a flexible easy going person, so just talk with me and we can come to a solution that works for everyone.

I enjoy sending pictures and videos of your pets, so expect a ton of pics of your kiddos. I will treat your pets the same way you would when you are there. Making them as safe and comfortable as possible while you’re away is my priority.

Melanie was wonderful. Sent updates everyday and was very accommodating when my dog had to go to the vet. Helped keep him cleaned up and gave meds. I was so nervous about getting a pet sitter for the first time but Melanie made this such a great experience.
I appreciate all the care Melanie takes in caring for our cats! She is very communicative and I appreciated how she was taking the time to notice any change in their behavior. We can trust she does a great job and our animals are always happy when we return !

Schedule
I am a fairly flexible person. I do work in the weekdays so when I’m petsitting in home I tend to spend the night, leave in the morning and back by late afternoon/evening.

- If they have medications, let me know what they are on, how many times a day and what medium they will take it in. Please inform me of any behavioral tendencies prior to a reservation. I am a trainer so I’m not opposed to aggressive or high anxiety dogs, but I like to be aware and informed so I can approach the situation appropriately.
