I love my job!
If you're worries that your pet isn't getting enough exercise, love, and attention when you're not there, I'm here to help! I grew up with dogs, and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, and all other kinds of pets. As a trained chef I'm also available to help with specialty meal planning and preparation for tricky diets, or to provide homemade dog treats. I am a primary caregiver to young boys, one with special needs, and need to be available for them when they need me. Taking care of your pets is my full time job. I understand that it can be scary to leave your pet in someone else's care, and your comfort is a top priority. In my care your pet will be taken care of, spoiled with loved, and made as happy as possible while you are gone.

Melanie did a truly wonderful job caring for my 8 year old cat during my recent ten day trip out of the country. Taffy is extremely timid around strangers and, since this was my first extended absence from home following the recent loss of my wife, I was extremely concerned about how Taffy would react . I retained Melanie for twice daily visits and my concerns were quickly alleviated when seeing through photos how well Taffy responded to her. Melanie is pleasant and reliable and communicated with me fully throughout my trip. She has my highest recommendation for anyone seeking care for their pet.
