I have had a dog in my household since I was in 5th grade. I have always loved animals, and even wanted to be a veterinarian when I was younger. In February 2023, our family golden retriever went to heaven. We welcomed another golden retriever into our hearts and our home in May 2024, so I am well-versed at all stages/ages of caring for a dog.

Melanie and her family were amazing… Daisy is exhausted from all of the fun that she had. She was kind, and sent pictures and made Daisy feel like family. We are so appreciative.
Finn had another great staycation with Melanie and family! We loved the updates & communication and can tell Finn feels right at home 😊
Melanie was very easy to deal with, we had a meet and greet about 2 weeks before Scarlett’s stay that went much better than others we had met. After setting up Scarlett’s stay, Melanie stayed in contact about drop off since this was our first time using Rover. Drop off went fine and Scarlett seemed to like their dog Sunny!! Melanie sent some pictures and stayed in touch while we were away. I would definitely recommend Melanie and we will be using her again when needed!! Thank you!!

Schedule
I work from home, so I welcome your dog for daily pet sitting and would have time during the day to walk and care for your dog. I am available for boarding overnight should your pup need a safe and comfortable environment to stay in. If close, I am available to stop by your home to walk and/or let your dog out during the day.

I have a fenced in yard and a dog crate available for use, should that be needed. I have a golden retriever that was born February 2024 and she is very good with other dogs. I welcome other dogs in my own that are also good with other animals.

A typical day
I work from home, so I would be able to provide time outside and attention during the day. I have three kids that would love to spend time with your dog too!
