I feel like it’s very important to make the pet feel safe and loved even when someone they don’t know is in their house. So I always try to stick to the same routine they would have if the owners were home!

Mela was wonderful with my two English bulldogs for a quick weekend trip! She was very responsive and communicated well, and I came back to my home with some very happy (and sleepy!) boys! They may have gone home with her if I let them ☺️ Would highly recommend Mela to stay with your fur babies!

Minimal communication/updates, not sure if my instructions were followed. Pretty disappointed

We hired Mela to pet sit our precious golden retriever Scarlet over Christmas break. Scarlet is high energy and loves people. Mela took such good care of our girl. She was patient and showed Scarlet so much love. Mela was responsible and made sure Scarlet was fed on time and given daily meds for allergies. We will definitely be asking her to pet sit again!
Mela is an girl! She LOVES animals, particularly dogs. Since the age of 13, she has been caring for dogs while their owners are away. Mela has built strong relationships with her clients over the years, and they were so upset when she left for college. If Mela is your dog sitter, you are incredibly fortunate! She goes beyond just feeding and walking the dogs; she dedicates time to play with them and truly understand their personalities.

Schedule
I’m currently enrolled at Winthrop University and have plenty of free time to come spend time with the cat or dog and can stay with them for multiple hours a day
