Mel is the best!! I always know my kitty is in good hands when Mel watches him, and they send the sweetest pictures and great updates!
Mel was amazing with Jaspurr and Mirabelle. I could tell from the kitties' energy that they had a great time hanging out with Mel while we were gone. Communication has been so easy with Mel. They checked in on details I missed or forgotten, and I could tell they genuinely liked spending quality time with the kitties. Checking what Mel wrote on the report cards was my highlight daily! Thank you Mel so much for your care with Jaspur and Mirabelle!!! The kitties miss you!
Mel was an excellent communicator and consistent with timing and all the routines that Mr Soul and Licorice enjoy and rely on. Also they have good energy. Licorice really took a shining to them particularly, eventually seeking out lap time comfort and pets. My partner and I were happy with the photos and thorough descriptions. Would book again.
