I have known Melissa for 12 years now and there is no one else I would trust as much with my pets or my home. She is trustworthy and kind and follows instructions to the letter. She has loved my animals as if they were her own and when we have been traveling, she is the only person I would trust to stay in my house and take care of everything. When I had a 130lb German Shepherd, he loved her so much he would act like a puppy when she came around - he adored her! Now I have a 9lb black kitten who is a little more independent but still trusts and loves her and will seek her out when she is around. I can't say enough about Melissa - she is incredibly special to me and to my family and mainly, to my fur-babies.
