I have been taking care of dogs since I was 7 years old. My childhood dog developed seizures in his old age and I took care of him until he passed at the age of 15. I now have a 3 year old menace Chow-Labrador-Golden mix that I have had since he was a puppy. I trained him and also had to take care of multiple health issues he had as a puppy. I am currently limited in my physical abilities due to a hip injury and may not be able to meet the needs of a high-energy dog at this moment. I will be diligent in ensuring your pup has the best experience they can have in my care. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! :)

I will ensure that your pup is always in the safest situation they can be while on walks. I will not force them to do anything they don’t want to do, and be diligent about watching for any signs they may give me. I promise to care for them like I do my own dog.

Mel was amazing with my 2 collies! They are very energetic and we live on the top floor of our apartment building. I came back to a clean apartment and freshly washed bedding! She stayed with them for 10 days and I couldn’t recommend her more! Thank you Mel! 🧡🧡🧡

Schedule
I am currently a full time student, however due to a hip injury I am not enrolled in this semester. This allows me to have an open schedule and lots of flexibility.
