Meira has done pet sitting for our family for several years, caring for our older Lab, Jake, until his passing and more recently for our two year old energetic black lab, Bixby. She has cared for our dogs both in her own home and staying over at our home. She is reliable, knowledgeable and caring. When Meira pet sits for us, she greets our dogs with enthusiasm. She focuses on the dog and provides engaging activities, planning around the dog's needs and abilities. Our Jake was older and had slowed down. Our Bixby is a young one with a heart condition. He wants to play but has to moderate his activities. Meira understands their needs and my instructions and she is wonderful at planning appropriate play and loving together time. She is very reliable on feeding and medications. She loves taking them for walks and to the dog park. She is always our first choice when we need a pet sitter and we will happily use her again.
