I am currently between jobs for a little while and so have plenty of time for walks, drop ins, cuddles! I am generally available after 8am depending on what area you are in, but free throughout the day🤗

I have a large, secure garden as well as a small private courtyard area where my dog likes to roam in and out throughout the day (and enjoys to sunbathe here)! I live in a large bungalow so if your dog doesn’t do stairs, no problem! For any dog sitting in my home, as long as your dog gets along with a female dog, they will have the best time🥰 I can provide drop ins to your home as and when needed, short/long walks, and plenty of fusses and cuddles! Having grown up with family dogs and now having my own rescue dog, I understand some dogs love everyone, others take time to warm up to people! Always happy to do a meet up first to see how your dog gets on - either myself or with my fur baby🥰

I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life - Labradors, Spaniels, Vizslas🥰 so I’m comfortable around different breeds, sizes and personalities. I adopted my own rescue dog over a year ago who is a Saluki x Springer (very energetic!!) who is now 2 years old, and caring for her has given me valuable experience with training, routines and building trust. Friends and family regularly ask me to walk and look after their dogs, whether that’s popping in for visits, taking them on walks or caring for them while they’re away. I understand that every dog is different, and I always take the time to make sure they feel safe, happy and well cared for. They are part of the family! My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs, so can join if your dog needs to socialise, let out some energy or just make a new friend🥰

Meinir and her beautiful dog Roxy were outstanding. We needed to find a dog sitter who could look after both our spaniels, one nearly 14 and the other 2 years old, so we could attend a wedding. Meinir was communicative, flexible with the changes in times to arrive and the care she took over both was exceptional. We received two sets of photos at different points in their long day into evening stay. These showed the dogs having the best fun as well as rest, to the point where thought they might not want to leave 🤣 Roxy, her dog, played brilliantly with our younger one and was also super sensitive to our older one. We can’t recommend Meinir strongly enough. Thank you for your care and clear love of dogs.
