Dogs are family!
"Be the person your dog thinks you are" For about 6 months I had to put my dog, Cody, in daycare or boarding while working and going to school full time, that it when I first discovered Rover.com. My first experience as a client on Rover was absolutely wonderful. Let's face it, pet kennels are great for a short stay. However, they won't be able to provide the one-on-one care and the undivided attention our babies need for a long period of time. Not to mention daily picture updates and the peace of mind knowing your beloved pet is in good hands. Since I've found Rover, I've met so many wonderful people and decide to give back and be part of this great community. I've had dogs since I was a child, from a 4lb chihuahua to a rambunctious 80lb golden retriever, they are the light of my life. I truly enjoy the company of animals and believe they should be treated as a family member. It breaks my heart when I hear about doggies being mistreated, you can be sure that your fur baby will be loved and taken care of.

Meichan is so great. She sent us photos and video everyday while Pepper is staying with her. When we picked up Pepper, he seems very happy and didn’t miss us at all. We will definitely book Meichan again when it’s needed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Pepper!

Meichen is a natural with dogs and has cared for ours as she well as she does for Cody, her retriever. Our dog had plenty of walk and play time -- even more than we are able to provide. And the daily pictures help keep us from missing our dog too much. I would definitely rebook her again and can highly recommend her to anyone.

A typical day
Cody is a very high energy Golden Retriever and he loves everybody! On the weekend our favorite hiking spot is the hills of Livermore and Dublin, I'd love to take another pup with us on our weekly trips.
