Mei and her brother took wonderful care of our 16 week old Havanese puppy, Nora. She sent frequent photos and videos, kept us updated throughout the day, and made us feel so comfortable during Nora’s first daycare experience. We would happily book with her again 🥰

Mei was great! Simba loved staying with Mei and her partner. They took him on walks and beach and kept me in touch the whole time by sending updates and pictures throughout the day. Mei made me feel really comfortable leaving my dog behind with her when I was feel anxious. She went above and beyond by helping us with pictures on the wedding morning and picking him up to take him to the beach. I would 100% recommend Mei and would be having her as my sitter for the future.

This was the first time leaving our labrador with someone who's not family. Mei put him immediately at ease and he had a wonderful time, even though he usually has bad separation anxiety. She's so sweet and caring. I will definitely book her again.

Mei is the person you want to care for your pets! She is responsible and reliable, a great communicator, and very kind and caring towards animals. My dog loves going there! I usually feel anxious leaving Pebbles but with Mei, I feel comfortable knowing she will receive the best care.

Mei was great! She took Teddy for walks every day and provided me lots of updates! Teddy was so happy to see her each day. I highly recommend Mei!

It was my first time trying this app. She's already experienced and confidently assured me as she met Shiro. My cat was born deaf and always hard to transport. His constant meowing always attracts people and make them think something is wrong. I was panicking as he yowled and whined in his carrier but she came in and was all calm about it and comforted him continuously while waiting for her ride. She took this time to ask about him as well while I was still worrying about troubling other people, she was making sure she can make him comfortable. In her home, Shiro seemed to be comfortable fast. He did hide and yowled like in every new envrionment he's in but Mei was patient with him and let him get used to the new place. I was worried he might keep them up at night, but Mei said they were fine from day 1. She also researched deaf cats and figured out vibrations from a radio keeps him calm and he kept sleeping next to their radio. He's pure white so you would be able to tell if there's parts of the house that's not clean. In every photo and every update, Shiro remained as clean as after a grooming. You can be sure they keep their house very clean. It was also spacious enough to let them sleep when he was surely meowing around 3 am too. I also forgot about the cat food and she was fine ordering it and letting me pay for it later. Shiro was very chill with her and she was dutifully providing pics and vids of how he's doing so I know he's adjusting well in a short time. She's definitely someone that knows what she's doing and if you're kind of new to pets or nervous about boarding/sitting, I recommend her. If you want somone flexible, experienced, and reliable; pick Mei.
