I’ve cared for pets of different ages and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I’ve completed 503 hours of professional dog behavior and training education, as well as the AVBM Asia Veterinary Behavioral Medicine Master Courses in both 2024 and 2025. I’ve also completed basic and advanced senior pet care courses. This education has strengthened my understanding of canine behavior, body language, communication, and the needs of dogs at different ages and life stages. I use this knowledge to provide thoughtful, attentive, and personalized care for every pet.

I highly recommend Mei Chen (Merry) for pet care! She is excellent with dogs and extremely patient, and knows just how to comfort them. Merry lives a block away from my house. I'd often see her in the park with her own dog, and it was clear how well she cared for her pet. When we need to go away overnight, I hired her to come over to my house two times a day to walk and feed my dog. I could see on my home camera how much attention and love she gave my dog. I felt incredibly comfortable leaving my dog in her care.
I have known Mei (Merry) for many years, and she has always been a caring and responsible person. She treats her own dog, Toby, like family and provides him with daily training, exercise, and health routines. I’ve also seen her care for other dogs, and they are naturally drawn to her because of her patience, gentleness, and attentiveness. Mei is an awesome caregiver to all pets. our dogs love seeing her and her dog when we meet in the neighborhood. she is super friendly and is always watching out for other pets and their wellbeing in the neighborhood. she ensures that the animals get along and is mindful of the temperament of the pets she is with. we trust her with our own dogs as if she were family when needed.

Schedule
I’m currently changing my career path, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets. I’m available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after 3pm, and on all other days after 11am for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and boarding. For other times or special services, I’m happy to discuss and accommodate when possible.

I’m passionate about animals and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I’m patient, attentive, caring, and dependable, and my goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, happy, and loved while in my care. Safety, reliability, and communication are very important to me. I follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. For pets staying in my home, I provide a clean, calm, comfortable, and loving environment with plenty of individual attention. My community has plenty of grassy areas for walks and outdoor time, and I do my best to maintain each pet’s usual routine so they can feel at home.

With the pets I watch, I’ll keep them entertained with fun activities like fetch, tug-of-war, or puzzle toys. I also enjoy practicing simple training cues to keep their minds active while they get exercise and attention.
