Growing up, I had a turtle and later a guinea pig. I've always wanted a dog, but due to my living/travel situations, I've never been able to have one of my own. Luckily, my friends have entrusted me to take care of their cats and dogs and I've appreciated being the fill-in auntie! I also started babysitting around 12 so I have a long history of taking care of loved ones and their homes. My friends describe me as reliable, dependable, smart, and calm - it's probably why cats love me. I definitely am more playful with dogs but am okay just sitting on the couch, cuddling, and playing video games.

Sitter was responsive, had a lovely home, and helped my rescue chow chow settle in comfortably. Daily photo updates and communication were excellent. The only small hiccups were that I had requested a child‑free home because Avery doesn’t do well with younger children, and I later learned there is a 13‑year‑old in the household. my dog is not good with strangers, yet there were people over during the stay. Overall care was good, but owners of dogs needing a strictly adult‑only, low‑traffic environment may want to confirm these details in advance.

Coco's stay was great! Our sitter was amazing, she was very patient and took care of Coco like she was her own. Coco can be a handful some times and I am so happy that she looked so comfortable and loved during her stay. I received video and photo updates everyday, too! Thank you so much for taking such great care of Coco!
Words can’t describe how thankful I am for them. They treated Wrigley with so much love and was so considerate of all of his weird habits, and the fact that he’s a reactive dog. I got plenty of updates and photos!! I would 100% ask them to watch him again!

Megumi was great with our anxious terrier, Luna. We especially appreciated the daily updates and photos. Our whole family loved seeing how she was doing. It gave us peace of mind knowing Luna was in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work from home and have time to hang out with your furry loved ones! Hopefully, they like to sit on my lap or watch me work from a comfy bed behind me. Pups that like to sleep a lot or are low energy and not super needy mesh best with our lifestyle. We also prefer pups that are crate trained and well-behaved.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large enclosed backyard where they can run around and poop and pee. I also have a dog park across the street with real grass for better pooping, and a bigger dog park a few minutes walk away. We have no other pets and no kids that stay with us regularly. We don’t allow pets in our bedroom but if necessary, I can sleep in my office with them on the floor. My 13 year old stepson stays with us occasionally; please let me know if your pup is not ok with children.
A typical day
Typical day - we have a dog park across the street with real grass where we'll do a quick walk and pee. I would then would set the pup up comfortably on a bed where they can chill behind me while I work. Between meetings, I can play with them in our large living room and throw toys down the hallway. In the afternoon, I would let them out in our enclosed backyard for some fresh air (with owner approval). In the early evening, I would take them on a long walk to the park further away which has other dogs to play with (with approval). In the evenings, my husband and I play video games and chill on the couch and your pup can snuggle up against me. Before bed, I can let them out in the back or do a quick pee in the dog park. When it’s bed time, I will make sure they are cozy in their bed.
