Pet care experience

Clean, safe, and loving home ❤️

Meghan is a Biology teacher, and Sean is a farmer. We are parents to 3 (plus our dog Ruby). We adore our fox red lab Ruby. She spends lots of time running around the apple orchards that Sean manages and comes home to lots of love and attention. We love her lots and would be so happy to love your pets as well! In addition to our experience caring for dogs, we can also add turtle, rabbit, and even squirrel experience to the list! Meghan has a class pet named Frank. He is a red-foot sideneck turtle. He was a gift from a student and is very loved. Meghan rescued an abandoned baby squirrel last year (Timothy) and nursed him back to health before giving him to a renowned rehabilitation center for a slow and safe release back into the wild. He is very missed. We would love the opportunity to care for and to love your pets. Their comfort and happiness, as well as your peace-of-mind, is our biggest priority. You can be sure that your fur baby will have a clean, comfortable, very safe, and very loving experience and environment in our home.

Doggy Day Care • Jul 20, 2026

Meghan and Sean were amazing. They took excellent care of my large dog, who had a very pleasant day in the country. Would highly recommend.

We had SUCH a wonderful experience with Meghan & Sean—and so did our pup! Our 3yo dog is nervous around new people and can be reactive. We were worried about how she would do staying with a family with young kids. Meghan & Sean listed to our worries and helped up brainstorm ways to put our dog at ease. And it worked like a charm! We were so grateful to the extra time Meghan & Sean spent to make both the humans and the doggo feel positive about the plan. We loved getting pics of the crew on their daily walks. It was also really really REALLY nice to see how much love Meghan and fam have for all animals, and how positive they were about our sometimes tricky dog. Our dog had a great week and we will definitely return to Meghan & Sean for future doggy needs, whether it is another week or a shorter visit. Highly recommend, zero notes!

Meg & Sean are extremely trustworthy, honest and caring people! They have been amazing with my dog Bailey and I would trust them with her anytime we need a sitter!

Meghan and Sean are loving and caring individuals who provide a clean, safe environment for their three children and dog, Ruby. Sean works on a farm and faithfully takes Ruby to work with him so he can run around and play with his buddy, Gunner (a black lab). He's a thoughtful, kind, and responsible friend to his dog, Ruby!

Very loving and caring, loves to help the weak. She’s very kind hearted and loves to help animals. She helped a squirrel “Timothy” to get back to health and get him back into the wild. She also loves her turtle “frank” and loves our dog “ruby frost”

Schedule

Week days: Meghan is a full-time biology teacher at a local public school. She gets home on average at 3:30 each day and is home from that time throughout the entire night for overnight pet care. Sean is a local, dog-loving farmer and works exactly 5 minutes from our home. He brings our dog, Ruby, to work with him in the orchards and stops by our home multiple times throughout the day to give her breaks, etc. He would be the one responsible for pet car while Meghan is at work during the week. The winter is his slow season at the farm, and he could be present at home all day long when necessary. Weekends: We are available all day and night. School breaks and recesses: During school holidays and recesses, we are available for pet care 24/7.

Safety, trust & environment

We have access to hundreds of acres of apple orchards, where we run our dog Ruby daily, in addition to our yard at home. Our home is very clean, safe, and comfortable, and we have a lot of open space for pets. I can easily crate your dog if needed. We are very attentive to the needs of our pets, and your fur baby would be treated no differently. We do have 3 children at home (9, 4, and 7 months old), so it is important that we take in pets who are good with children.
