Safety, trust & environment
There are 30 acres for dogs to run on a leash on our property and we just added 2 large fenced in areas for them to run leash free. They can visit the creek and relax in the shade. Pups will be kenneled at night or if I need to leave to run errands. I have open kennels here available. If your pet is not used to being in a kennel and is fully potty trained, then they are fine roam the house.

Information Meghan S. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dogs has any special preferences and schedules. I strive to accommodate. Also please let me know any behaviors that need worked on and I can do my best to help out. I do have small children so if your dog is not good around little ones then I will have to make arrangements where they will be separated, therefore boarding will look a bit different, but we can discuss before you book.
A typical day
Potty time first thing in the morning, around 7-8am, followed by breakfast and another potty break. We love to work on tricks with yummy treats and have lots of hands to help! We alternate play, potty, and sleep throughout the day. If the weather is warm they are able to spend time outside in the fenced play area. Last potty break of the day is 10pm. Pups are usually hanging out on the couch or following us around the house.

Pets
Animal lover!
Pet care experience
I love all animals. I rescue any critter in need. I've had cats, dogs, fish, lizards, hamsters, mice, cows, ducks, and chickens. I have experience caring for senior dogs and dogs with anxiety. I can administer medication if needed. I usually limit the amount of dogs I take to 4. I am also able to block off different parts of my house with gates in case they need some alone time. This usually happens when there are senior dogs mixed with younger ones with a lot of energy. I tailor care to each individual pet to ease the transition of staying somewhere new. I am also able to book long stays.
Reviews

Meghan did an amazing job with our energetic pup Skye! With regular photo updates, I had peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.

Dogs had a great stay and came home tired from playing!

Meghan was very accommodating with my senior special needs dog. He needed the comfort of someone's home. Her children were an added bonus because he loves kids. We don't travel often so being able to find a place Woody felt comfortable as well as myself helped relieve the anxiety of traveling. Our drop off and pick up time needed to be flexible and Meghan was very available via text to and work with those times on the fly. If we have to travel again I will feel comfortable leaving Woody with her.
