Hi! I’m Meghan! Lifelong animal lover, experienced pet sitter, nurse, NP student, and very proud mom to a house full of four-legged chaos aka my “zoo”. 🐾 Animals have quite literally always been part of my life. I have 25+ years of experience caring for dogs and 18+ years caring for cats, and I’ve been pet sitting through Rover since my early college days. At home, I have four pets of my own: three cats and one dog, so I completely understand that our pets aren’t “just pets.” They’re family, and leaving them with someone else requires a whole lot of trust. I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting, and I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, personalities, sizes, and energy levels… from wild little puppies who think everything is a snack to sweet senior pets who prefer a slower pace and some extra TLC. ❤️ As a registered nurse, I’m calm, dependable, detail-oriented, and very comfortable following specific care instructions. I can administer oral AND IM medications, accommodate special feeding routines, and provide attentive care for senior pets or animals who need a little extra patience and monitoring. My schedule is also a little different than your typical 9–5! I currently work about 24 hours per week as an ER nurse while also attending school, which gives me flexibility for daytime visits, odd hours, walks, and varying schedules. If your pet has a routine, I’ll do my best to keep it feeling as normal as possible while you’re away. And yes, I’m absolutely the sitter who will send you way too many pictures and updates. 😂📸 I want you to be able to enjoy your trip, workday, or time away knowing your babies are safe, happy, loved, and probably being spoiled. Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets, whether I’m stopping by for a quick visit, going on a walk, or staying overnight in your home. In your home, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as normal and comforting as possible. I follow all care instructions to the letter, from feeding schedules and medications to favorite hiding spots and potty routines. I always double-check that doors are locked, gates are secure, and your pet is happy and safe before I leave. For walks, I use secure harnesses or collars, avoid high-traffic areas, and stay alert to your pet’s comfort level. No matter the service, I treat your home and your pets with the same respect and care I give my own. My goal is to create a calm, loving environment that your pet feels safe in—because when you’re away, they deserve to feel at home.

Meghan was perfect! I needed her last minute, and she made me feel better instantly. She dropped in on my cat while I was gone for almost a week and they were cuddle friends by the middle of the trip. The updates I got throughout the week were thorough, and included lots of pictures, so we will definitely be booking her again. Thanks Meghan!
Meghan is amazing!! She is so great and attentive with my dog, Teacup, and is receptive to all of my instructions. She facilities play and snuggle time and sends me lovely photos of her visit. We both love her 💙 I highly recommend Meghan.

Schedule
Pet care is truly built into the rhythm of my everyday life! I start each morning with breakfast for my crew. Everyone has their own food, routine, and needs (including medications), so I’m very used to managing individualized care. Dinner is served right at 5PM, and I take pride in keeping everything consistent and stress-free for them. My favorite part of the day? Cuddle time—whether we’re curled up on the couch or relaxing outside together, those moments are pure magic. For my dogs, daily walks and park trips are a must! We’re lucky to have a great open space nearby where they can run freely, sniff everything in sight, and just be dogs. Caring for pets isn’t a chore for me—it’s one of the most joyful, grounding parts of my day. Whether they have paws, whiskers, or wagging tails, they’re family.
