I’m currently a student. I’m in a hybrid doctor of physical therapy program so I have a flexible weekday and weekend schedule. Except for exam days and when I travel for labs, my schedule is open to helping others.

Information Meghan K. would like to know about your pet
I always want to make sure the owner feels like their animal is being taken care of properly and want to respect any rules and guidelines they have for their animals. Everybody trains differently so if there are any hand gestures, words, or phrases that are used I would like to know as to not confuse animals. If there are any temperamental issues or triggers for the animals as well. It’s all about making sure the owner and client are comfortable.
A typical day
I love taking dogs for walks and getting them active as long as that is what their breed and day to day life calls for. I like using their favorite toys to play with dogs and cats. I like making treats from scratch for both as well.

I grew up taking care of a cat when I was 9. We got a dog a few years later so I can manage different pet households. I’ve house sat for cats, dogs, and birds. My brother was a dog trainer so I’ve picked up some skills from him. I genuinely love animals and want to see them happy.

Meghan cared for our pup Jug while we were away for a long weekend. She was great with our dog and kept us informed with constant updates while we were away! While we were nervous dog parents at first, her updates helped us feel reassured and comfortable quickly. She was great with Jug and we'll definitely be reaching out for more dog sitting and dog walks!
Meghan was great! She showed up when she said she would, sent us photos of our pup and kept us informed if anything was unusual with his behavior. I would definitely book with her again!
Meghan was wonderful with our dogs. I never worried about them while we were away, and my house was just as I left it. We will definitely be asking her to watch them again. Highly recommend
Meghan is smart, professional and competent. She took care of our 5 and 16 year old poodles as if they were her own. Giving meds to our senior dog with ease and without any issues I felt very comfortable with Meghan and would definitely ask for her help again Faith
