Dog Boarding & Cat Check Ins 🐶
Growing up my family had three small dogs and one senior cat. Because of this, my love for animals takes priority in my life and I love sharing that with others. I experience some anxiety whenever my dog stays with other people, so I know how important it is to treat each dog with care. I believe everyone’s pets should be treated like they are my own. I work remote 4 days out of the M-F work week, and often watch my friend’s dogs when they are traveling out of town or get stuck late at work. They always thank me for the many picture (and Facetime!) updates! I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund named Finn who loves other dog playdates, and happily will snuggle up to your pup on the couch/bed for a nap. I do live on the first floor of an apartment complex, actually at the building dog park. I do require proof of vaccinations to play at the park, but can also walk your dog around the neighborhood if easiest! I want your pup to feel completely comfortable when they are here with me and Finn.

Very concerning experience with Meghan. While she communicated well for the booking and sent regular pictures/updates throughout my dog’s 6 day stay, she unfortunately did not reference any of the written instructions I left for her. Improper meal prep led to my dog not being able to finish his meals - he came home with several days worth of food and had lost weight during his 6 day stay. She did not administer probiotics, ear care, or give him his treats at all, even though it was clearly written in instructions provided to her. When I asked her about these misses after our visit, her reasons were weak to say the least and solidified that even after questioning her about the untouched medicine/extra food she still didn’t go back and reference my instructions. I do believe Meghan cared for my dog well with walks, pets, and playtime. I also believe she genuinely loves animals. However, loving animals is not enough. Her lack of responsibility and lack of attention to detail is deeply concerning and led to the neglect of my dog’s physical wellbeing. Please proceed with caution.

I am originally from Boston, MA and work from home in Marketing 4 days out of the M-F work week. My apartment complex is located in the South End neighborhood.

My apartment is completely animal-proof! My dog Finn has a habit of getting into things, so because of this my unit is fully puppy-proof as well. Pups have access to the living and kitchen area only if I have to run out and I have a Furbo I monitor constantly. However the majority of my time is spent at home reading and watching tv.

I love to go on walks in the morning and on my lunch break and am happy to bring your dog with me! Finn and I also love to watch movies on the couch and are in bed by 10pm.
