🐾 WHO I AM 🐾 An insured, WFH pet-enthusiast who has extensive experience caring for pets throughout the lifespan. I come from a devoted pet family - I’ve lived with and cared for dogs for the past 2 decades, sometimes up to 3 dogs at once! From rescue Chihuahuas to purebred Australian Shepherds, I have experience feeding, walking, bathing, and working with dogs from all walks of life. I have a special soft spot for senior companions, as my own pup is also in her golden years and I know they can require extra care and thoughtfulness 🙂 I also have several years experience caring for cats - both my own and as a sitter. I’m always happy to look after them and keep them well fed, comfy, engaged, and with a clean litter box. 🐾 MY VALUES 🐾 🌟 Positive Reinforcement and Consistency! Just because you can’t be there with your fur baby, doesn’t mean that routine and training goes out the window. Before I start caring for your pet, I’d love to have a conversation about their likes, dislikes, commands, and routines. I am meticulous and want to make the transition for them as easy as possible. 🌟 Honoring their Unique Personality and History. Not every animal is going to want to cuddle, play for hours, or be constantly stimulated - and that’s okay! I like to read their body language and do a temperature check to make sure I’m not crossing any boundaries and instead engage them how they’d like. If they’re happy, I’m happy. 🌟 Honesty & Transparency. I’ll always keep you abreast of how your pet is doing in my care. And, sending cute, quality photos is my specialty!

🐾 ENVIRONMENT & TRUST 🐾 I know being away from family can sometimes be tough for pets, so I’m intentional about making them as comfortable as possible with their favorite toy, blanket, or treat. If you have a preferred area for walks, let me know! I want their care to feel as familiar as possible. If I’m house sitting, I am a VERY clean guest with a strong attention to detail. So, from drop-ins to housesitting, I’ll always leave your home a little nicer than how I found it 😊

Meghan was amazing with Honey! She is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and left my home so clean for when I returned!
Meghan is amazing! Our dog is really anxious, and Meghan took excellent care of him. She’s really in tune with his needs and familiar with dog body language. She also took really good care of our home and plants while we were away. Highly recommend!
Meghan stayed with our very sweet and somewhat complicated elder chihuahua boy while we were away camping. She was very attentive to the details of his care plan, and communicated regularly with us. Our home was in good shape and he was in good spirits when we came back.
Meghan was awesome! Super clear communicator and left us feeling very confident about leaving our anxious lil rescue dog alone. I would highly recommend!
Meghan did incredible with our elderly pup! He has a lot of special needs and she was excellent at accommodating him, reading his signs, and working with him. He was very comfortable and happy with her and opened up very quickly! We will definitely be using her again in the future!
Meghan is my go to sitter whenever I’m out of town. She always leaves detailed updates and I trust that my cat is in good hands. My cat doesn’t take to strangers very easily when I’m out of town, but Meghan is always incredibly patient with her and respectful of her space.

Schedule
🐾 SCHEDULE & ROUTINE 🐾 I work from home full-time so I’ll be around for most of the day to provide company to your pet. I typically leave the house 4-6 hours/day in the evening for errands and social dancing. Depending on your pets needs, we’ll go walking several times a day in the neighborhood or at the nearby park 🌳 ⏰ Constant Care Requests - the housesitting rate covers stays that allows your pet(s) to be left alone up to 4 hours at a time OR instead covers up to 6-hours of constant care (“sleeping” hours are included at no additional cost if the booking is a true overnight stay). If you need to schedule constant care beyond 6-hours, subsequent hours will be on an hourly rate.
