Animals deserve the most love!
I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I also have my own dog, her name is Millie. She is a trained Psychiatric Service Dog, who loves every animal she meets! I absolutely love and adore taking care of dogs and cats. I have a small backyard and am happy to take your pup on a walk, long or short, as much as possible! We constantly are going on hikes, relaxing in the yard, going to dog parks or at the beach! We have tons of fun with the pups we watch and make sure they feel like it is their home as much as it is ours :)

We arrived for a trip to Santa Cruz and found out our Roz was not allowed at the hotel due to her size. We started searching local pet hospitals, dog walkers, boarding facilities and the only place that could take her was all the way back in Santa Clara. As a last resort we checked Rover and Meghan came through for us. In the end Roz probably had as much fun as we did with her new friends during our weekend in Santa Cruz. Thanks Meghan!

Wow simply amazing. Meghan is so kind and took incredible care of my dog Luna. I received multiple updates with photos and it brought me peace of mind since this was my first Rover experience. She took her on several walks and made Luna feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Meghan and I’m incredibly thankful she was able to watch Luna on such short notice.
Meghan was excellent! She was punctual, friendly, and well-suited to handle my large breed dog! I’m super grateful for her efforts and I would absolutely work with her again!

Schedule
I have a full time position that is 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. I am happy to help out, just know I do work an 8 hour shift during the week. I have a dog currently who goes on a long walk in the morning and in the evening with a shorter walk before bed. She is let out to potty 4+ times/day since we have a yard. She also averages 4-5 miles daily too. So although she is home for sometime during the day, she manages well.

I live in a house with a fenced in yard (turf) and there is tons of grass space near where I live in a super friendly neighborhood. Parks are also super close and I make sure to take the pet out to go to the bathroom as much as needed.

A typical day
We can go on walks, hikes, even runs if they are up for it! Happy to take them to the park to play with other dogs or can even play in our private fenced in yard with my super loving dog Millie too.
