I've owned dogs all my life and have dog sat in some capacity for family and friends for the last 10 years. I love dogs and treat each like my own. I'm reliable, flexible, and ready to work on short notice during summer. I'm willing to stay and house sit if my schedule permits. I love going for walks and hikes with pups and am not afraid to roll around on the floor for some playtime. I understand how important your pets are and will treat them as you would! I am willing to administer medicine if necessary and am flexible to other needs of your pet. Look forward to meeting you furry baby(ies)!

Megan is very professional and nice. She visited my cats for five days. She was giving me updates every day. My cats were hiding all the time, but I was not worried because they had fresh food, water and clean litterbox. I highly recommend Meghan.

I can’t say enough good things about Meghan! She is truly a gem when it comes to dog sitting. With over 20 years of experience, it’s clear that she has a genuine love for dogs and knows how to care for them. Meghan was flexible when our arrival time changed and was able to accommodate us. We have two large Labradoodles that need constant reassurance and love (big babies), and Meghan sent pictures of them cuddling up with her. Meghan is a regular and trusted caregiver for my chihuahua mix, and she was for my previous dog for more than a decade. She strikes the perfect balance of sending updates without bombarding me, and my dogs have always loved her. Plus, I'm totally comfortable having her in and out of my house, which is huge. I hate leaving my dog, but I'm never worried when she's with Meghan.

Schedule
I am a full time teacher. During the week I can let animals out early mornings and then am usually out of work by 3. My weekends are usually free.

I will abide by house rules for your pet at home. If you use gates or electric collars please let me know. Happy to bring them on walks if needed.
A typical day
I love taking walks in the neighborhood. Playing and cuddling with dogs is always part of the day. Willing to explore parks and other fun places to get some exercise in.
