As a former senior-dog owner, humane society foster parent, PAWS volunteer, and animal lover I have experience caring for many types of dogs/cats (old/young/high energy/mellow). My sister and I have fostered over 50 puppies/dogs/kittens! I like to stay active and am also very gentle with more sensitive dogs. I believe that the happiest dogs are the ones that are engaged with exercise and surrounded by snuggles. I work from home with a lot of availability and have experience administering medication. I can handle high energy dogs with ease; and also help shy dogs feel safe and comfortable. In addition, I was raised in a home that loved pets but also loved clean carpets. I will make sure your baby gets lots of playtime without causing a mess. Above all, I understand that even the cutest pups can be a lot of work and I would love to help you make that job a little easier!

Wonderful experience. Meghan and Andrew were fantastic. My dogs felt very comfortable and exhausted after their stay. They came home calmer. This was our first time using Rover and I am so happy I did it. Our dogs are high maintenance and Meghan did not even mind a thing. The house was perfect, no dogs or kids just like we needed and it worked out well. Meghan was also very flexible with a change in plans. Just great people that are great with dogs. 10 stars!
Meghan was amazing with Casper! I loved the daily updates and how much she integrated him into her daily activities. She made sure to let me know whenever she gave him his as needed meds for anxiety during bad thunderstorms. Thank you for taking care of him! He already can’t wait to see you again!

Meghan was wonderful with our pup and he was always so excited when she would show up for walkies. She did a great job communicating with us, and really helped us get through a rough spot where we couldn't walk our dog. We will definitely be using her services more in the future and recommend her to others!
Meghan was very communicative and understanding of a tough situation that came up with my dog’s behaviors. You can tell she truly loves and understands dogs and has a great connection with them! I know my dog is in great hands whenever he is with her.

Schedule
I currently work remotely and only head into the office once per week. I am lucky to have a lot of flexibility and availability during the workday and can flex with your schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a first floor walk-up with one flight of stairs (shouldn’t be too strenuous for my handicapable pups). My back and front yard are completely fenced in and there are no other pets in my home.
A typical day
I enjoy long walks on the lakeshore or around the Edgewater neighborhood. So many sights and smells for them to enjoy! The fenced backyard also allows for some free play time and fetch.
