I currently work remote Monday-Friday. Dog walking and pet care would be a great way to break up the mundane part of the week and allow me to get out more.

Although I have an unfenced yard for my Australian Shepherd, all dogs will be kept on a leash for potty breaks. They will also get a walk on my lunch break and plenty of toys to play with. If in your home I am sure to spend time with them and make sure they are secure and receive very little disruption to their normal routine.

Any restrictions the pet may have. Behavioral problems that may occur (separation anxiety, car sickness, fears of thunderstorms, etc) . I enjoy all breeds but have special experience handling Australian Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, and Springer Spaniels.
A typical day
Walks around the block (or further if the pet can handle it), play time, possible dog parks or hikes if approved by owner for dogs. For an additional cost I will bath, brush, and trim nails if needed for all pets.

Pet care experience
I have a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science from Michigan State University and previously work as a Receptionist for a Veterinary Hospital as I am familiar with companion animal health and nutrition, as well as first aid. I have a Miniature Australian Shepherd of my own that I enjoy staying active with through hiking and teaching her new tricks. I also own a horse and occasionally take care of the horses that are kept in the barn with him by feeding, turning in, blanketing, and cleaning stalls for them. I also enjoy cooking, writing, and lounging around watching Netflix. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats of many different breeds and personalities from Rottweilers to Shitzu's. From Persians to domestic shorthairs. I have experience with exotics that range from chameleons to rabbits as well. You name it, I’ve probably cared for it!

Meghan was great with our high energy puppy! He was tired for the rest of the day after playing with her. This is hard for US to accomplish, so we truly appreciate Meghan! We'll certainly call on Meghan again. :)

Best sitter i have every had, I have 2 female rotti dogs and they love her. they are a handful but she is very good with them. I use her all the time
