This is my main job and I have a lot of availability on a weekly basis for both overnight stays and drop-ins or walks. I rarely have commitments that last more than a few hours and can usually accommodate most requests unless I have another booking.

I am capable of regularly checking in on your pet to allow for bathroom breaks and walks. I am willing and able to clean up any and all messes and I can stick to your pets routine, and play with them in an environment where they feel comfortable.

I would like to know if your pet has any current or recent heath issues, including mobility issues that could affect where I would take the dog on a walk or how long the walk should be. It is also important to know rules about what your pet can and cannot eat as well as how they interact with other animals, their energy level, how they do with strangers, and their training level if relevant.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs in ways that exercise both their mind and body. Playing with toys, teaching them new tricks, or just running around with dogs are all great ways to keep them active. I love to take dogs on trails where there are a lot of new smells and less traffic and noise. I also love cuddle time.

I have extensive experience caring for dogs and cats for neighbors, friends, and clients for the past several years. I am known in my family and circle of friends as a pet and animal lover and I do extensive research on pet care. I have experience with working dogs and service dogs in training, as well as training puppies and raising kittens. I also have experience with exotic pets and large animals. I am very curious and patient and I take time to get to know each pet individually.

Meghan did a wonderful job watching Bella and Lucky in ny home. She sent me pictures everyday and took care of my home while away. I would definitely recommend her.
