I have had dogs all of my life in a variety of shapes and sizes - from German Shepherds to Huskies and Spaniels…I love them all! I have a working cocker spaniel (Truffle) and I regularly care for and walk numerous friends and families’ dogs.

Our dog went to stay with megane who looked after her brilliantly, clearly she became one of the family for a couple of days and our minds were put at ease with great communication and photo updates.
Megane was amazing with our boys! They were so well looked after, and it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while we were away. It was clear they were really happy and comfortable with her, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We’d absolutely recommend Megane and would happily have her look after our boys again. ❤️

On holiday in Dorset. Communication was great and the dogs had a wonderful day, whilst we were doing some activities the dogs couldn’t be part of. Great garden and so good with our two. Would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks
As this was our first time leaving Impi with someone outside our family I was a little anxious but as soon as meeting Megane and seeing their set up it instantly put my mind at ease. I had regular updates, photos and videos and it was clear Impi was having a fabulous time away! Wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back to stay with Megane and recommend to friends ? thank you!

Schedule
I work from home full time and so can keep a close eye on your furry friend. We have a massive enclosed garden where your dog can run free and right on my doorstep is miles of gorgeous countryside (I don’t usually even need a lead to go on long walks!). I walk for at least an hour ever morning and again each evening after work so there will be no shortage of exercise. If your dog however needs less just let me know.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large enclosed garden with a young cocker spaniel of my own (neutered) who will happily keep your dog company. I have a large crate set up if needed / desired. Dogs are allowed free reign of downstairs including sofas. We have a large toy basket that your pup will have free reign to and of course you are welcome to bring your own. We live on a quiet cue de sack with no through traffic so no concerns about fast / main roads.

A typical day
Morning walk is how truffle and I loge to start our day. Either a 5km or 7km jaunt, followed by breakfast for him and a coffee for me. Wind down before a lunch time garden run around, enrichment toys or a tummy tickle in-between my afternoon calls. Rounding the day off with either ball chasing or another walk to the Ford and back. Dinner and sofa cuddles. Bliss
