Your Fur Baby’s New Best Friend!
I am a doctorate of veterinary medicine student and MSU with an undergraduate degree in zoology! I have over 5 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic, with additional time spent on a farm and in zoos. I have worked with animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, cattle, rabbits, and exotics at the zoo. I am trained to handle animals that find life a little more difficult than others may, specializing in fear-free care to help keep their confidence high and their anxiety low! Regardless of your animal’s situation, I am confident that I will be able to gain their trust and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about them being left at home.

I have plenty of medical and behavior training to ensure your animal has optimal care while you are away! I think mental stimulation is just as important as safety while owners are away and I spend time getting to know an animal’s personality and preferences.

Megan was fantastic with my sometimes hard to handle brood. She was always in communication which was very nice and reassuring, she took great care of all of my animals and they seemed to enjoy having her there as well. Happy faces every time I got photos! I will definitely book with her again!

Megan went above and beyond in caring for our pets. We have a complicated menagerie and had a last minute addition of my daughter's cat. Megan handled everything and kept us up to date on what was happening with our pets. We were able to relax and enjoy vacation, knowing that Megan was taking good care of everyone!!

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible! I am able to perform check-ins and dog walking sporadically throughout the day between my class schedule, with the large amount of my availability falling after 3pm. I am around for holidays and weekends!

- Special social needs, triggers, and medical conditions are of the upmost priority when understanding how to make your animal feel comfortable in my care! I am trained on reading animal body language and reacting appropriately to situations. It helps to know if your animal prefers high or low energy environments, the best way to introduce and approach your animal, how they get along with other animals, etc.
