Hi! I’m Megan, a longtime animal care professional in Baltimore with years of experience managing and working in dog daycare, boarding, training, enrichment, and client care. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, from energetic puppies to seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs, and pups who need a little extra patience or structure. After spending years in a leadership role in the pet care industry, I’m currently taking a step back to focus on family and school. Rover feels like the perfect way for me to continue doing what I love most — spending time with dogs and providing thoughtful, reliable care on a more personal level. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, behavioral needs, leash handling, crate routines, training reinforcement, and multi-dog households. I also understand dog body language and know how to keep walks, drop-ins, and visits safe, calm, and tailored to each dog’s needs. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. I pride myself on clear communication, detailed updates, and making sure both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported.
