Information Megan W. would like to know about your pet

To ensure the safety of all dogs in my care, I require proof of current rabies vaccination. I highly recommend dogs be up to date on flea and tick medication as well. Does your dog have any allergies, take any medication, and are they allowed treats? Does your dog have any fears or triggers (such as thunderstorms, fireworks, loud noises, strangers, etc.)? Does your dog experience separation anxiety? Is your dog protective or possessive of food, toys, treats, or other items? Is your dog comfortable being left alone for 2–3 hours? Is your dog crate trained and if so, would you prefer them to be crated overnight or if I’ve stepped out for no more than 3 hours? Is there anything I should know about your dog being off leash in a securely fenced yard? Such as fence jumping or digging. Is there anything else you'd like me to know to help your dog have a safe and comfortable stay?

A typical day

A typical day in our house includes lots of potty breaks, tons of time outside for playing and plenty of love and affection. We love to play tug of war or fetch or just sit an enjoy the sunshine.

Pet care experience

With 21 years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats, I provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to each pet's unique needs. I began working with animals at 16 in a professional dog grooming salon, where I learned safe handling techniques, pet behavior, and how to help animals feel calm and comfortable. I've worked in multiple kennel environments and have experience with pets of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. From energetic puppies to shy cats and senior pets. I treat every pet like family, keeping them safe, comfortable, and loved while maintaining their normal routines. You can count on me to provide attentive, trustworthy care and peace of mind while you're away.

Extremely calm and knowledgeable. Knew exactly how to introduce our Boston Terrier to her own dogs. Everything went smoothly. Her home was immaculate and organized. She sent pictures frequently. Our dog looked extremely relaxed and happy in her home. She came home exhausted from playing in their large fenced in yard. I felt very safe, leaving our precious pup with Meghan.

Coming from a first time dog owner and a first time Rover app user—Megan was truly a life saver. She was very prompt and professional considering my booking was made last minute. From the initial conversation she made me feel that she actually cared about my dog and that was warm and welcoming. Megan sent me pictures and video updates throughout the stay and it just made me feel at ease knowing that my dog was safe and having fun with her fur babies. Thanks to Megan, my experience with the app has been tremendous. She even gave us a card and treats for my boy when we left! I will definitely recommend her to any other dog parents I know. She is now my go to when I vome back in the area. Thank you so much, Megan!
