I am dedicated to keeping your pets happy, safe and healthy while in my care! I am always very careful opening and closing doors, making sure nobody escapes and gets lost. I am also always careful to keep your home looking just the way you left it! Any messes will be cleaned up and trash taken out.

No breed preferences at all. I would like to know what types of activities your pet enjoys so we can optimize our time together. I would also need to know if there are any things that upset your pet, so I can avoid causing any distress. Allergies, Medical Conditions, Medication, Exercise Limitations, or any other similar information is very important as well.
A typical day
For a visit we will do whatever your pets like most! I love snuggling, petting, giving treats and sitting with pets. We will also play ball, fetch, tug or any other activities your pet enjoys. If your pet prefers quiet time while they lay in the sun, I’m happy to sit nearby and talk to them.

Please Note: I am currently only able to do Afternoon & Evening visits. Meet and Greets are required before all new client visits. I am a trustworthy pet lover with 20 years of pet care experience - both in my home and professionally. If you are looking for someone to love your pets as their own, send me a message! Highly reviewed Rover sitter since 2019 I am trained in Pet First Aid & CPR. I am also no comfortable giving most medications with no additional charge - including injections! I have extensive experience in pet care, having worked in both doggie daycare and dog rescue. I also have experience with small animals such as guinea pigs and rabbits; but will care for fish, reptiles and any other small animals! I have grown up with pets my whole life! I love all animals, having connections with them since childhood. Throughout my life we have rescued many dogs, cats, rabbits, fish and guinea pigs - giving me the experience in caring for them. I recently lost my senior dog, Rainey, to cancer. Caring for her gave me a lot of insight into caring for animals in their silver years. Right now I live with my dog, Teddy. I adopted him from rescue as a German Sheppard, so I was quite surprised when his DNA results came back as a Husky / Heeler Mix! If you have any questions please message me!

Megan was great about communicating with us about everything she did to care for our cats. She included lots of photos and updates on how they were doing as well as how they were interacting with her. She was proactive in making a plan for the upcoming snowstorm. We felt very relieved and reassured that our cats were very well taken care of. We absolutely would refer Megan to anyone needing pet care.
Megan has been a wonderful pet sitter for our kitty Juniper! Juniper has some trouble with socializing with strangers and tends to get easily upset and hiss, but Megan has been so incredibly patient with her that her behavior has improved with each visit! Megan also does a phenomenal job with keeping me updated with anything that seems out of the ordinary and gives very detailed notes about how the visit went. I feel confident in making her our regular sitter!!
Megan is the best! She is thorough and always completes all of my silly requests just to make sure my cats are safe and loved. I've booked with Megan several times and will continue to do so.
