I have been an avid animal live since I could ever remember. I grew up around a dog kennels where I would help out regularly on the weekends and now for the past three years have worked at full time. I’ve owned animals of all types and currently have two cats and two dogs of my own. I absolutely love animals and could think of a better way to spend my days. I absolutely love my job and wouldn’t change it for the world but would like some extra income so this would be the perfect way. My two dogs are ex rescues and people and dog reactive, so I have experience dealing with the dogs that may need a little more attention when out in public.

Firstly I am fully insured which gives you, me and your pet/s as much protection as possible whilst in my care. As mentioned above I am familiar with reactivity and other behaviours in dogs that some may find a bit out of their comfort zone. Also due to working in the kennels I am used to caring for pets that are in unfamiliar situations where owners may be away. I feel I have learnt several tips and tricks to make you animal feel as comfortable as possible with me.

Megan has been absolutely amazing! I reached out for a last-minute, same-day booking and she responded so quickly, which I really appreciated. She followed all instructions perfectly and took such great care of Shelley. A special thank you as well for the lovely photos - it was so reassuring to see Shelley happy and having a great time 🐾❤️
Great communication throughout, can recommend Megan, she came to meet Lula before the walk and everything went well.
Megan was easy to reach, responsive and flexible. She handled Nala and her quirks very well. Nala warmed to her quickly and enjoyed her Belly rubs. Would definitely use again :)
We were very happy with Megan's drop ins visits to look after our cat. She is very reliable and responsible, easy to communicate with. It has been a pleasure dealing with her. She is friendly and caring. We appreciated her daily updates and photos of Casper. We would have no hesitation in recommending her.
It was straight forward to set up the booking with Megan as communication was very good. She came by a few times before we went away to ensure everything was good to go and sent us photos each day. We returned home to three happy cats!
Ivy loved having Megan keep her company and the walk they went on. Megan was also great at keeping us updated with photos! Would definitely book again :)

Schedule
I’m currently working full time at a boarding kennels and cattery but due to not having much business during off peak times I’m on reduced hours and have more free time than usual. I’m hoping I can carry on doing what I love outside of work times. While your away your pets will play! I have two high energy dogs and love being active. Long hikes and exciting walks are my favourite thing to do. During our walks we’ll do what you want. Whether you’re expecting a little trot around the block or a run in the field we’ll accomplish that. During HOUSE SITTING STAYS I do work full time so will be out from 7:30-5:30. There is an hours period from 12:30-1:30 where I can pop back (if your local) for toilet time and a little play. When alone I can provide different kinds of enrichment and ensure your pet is as happy as possible. On days that I’m off I will be with your pet full time and we’ll get up to all kinds of fun. I understand the house sitting schedule may not work for everyone but keep it as an option for if people just want evening care or there dogs routine works with it 🙂.
