Dogs are my favorite people 🐶
After accumulating many volunteer hours over the last two years with Animal Defense League and Bulverde Humane Society through dog walking, kennel cleaning, and enrichment classes, I am looking to add "pet sitting" to my list of hobbies as a dog lover! On top of my formal experience with pet care, I have two of my own dogs and subscribe to the life-long dog-lover club. One of my own dogs is often reactive (got some major stranger danger over here), so I am familiar with caring for and walking dogs who can be reactive and need special care. I also have lots of practice administering daily medications to both of my dogs, and am currently helping my other (non-reactive) dog recover from TPLO surgery. I am definitely up for a challenge!

Safety, trust & environment
I would love to feed, water, walk, and love on your dogs while you are away. If your dogs need an extra energy outlet, I run with my personal dog canicross style nearly every day, and am happy to get some extra miles in with your pup!

Megan was amazing! She was so loving to our cat. She took extra time to make sure Gracie felt loved while we were gone. This was the first time we used Rover to take care of our cat and I won’t hesitate to use them again.
Megan was fantastic! I never worried for one minute while we were gone that my animals were in great hands. We will absolutely be using her whenever we need someone to take care of our fur babies
Megan was wonderful. She was very kind to our dog, and even when our dog was sick and had diarrhea in the house, Megan helped to clean up and never became frutrated with her. She was truly a blessing.
Megan took great care of my 4 dogs for 7days! It is great to leave and have peace of mind they are well taken care of.
Great job
Megan is seriously the best. She went well above and beyond - we had an incident where she got locked out while we were out and she did everything in her power to get in to take care of Bella until we were able to get home and take over. She is probably the only person I will trust from now on to take care of our dog.

Schedule
**Open availability during school breaks**!! If you need to schedule last minute drop in visits and/or walks over the summer, I would love to help! These are the hours I am available during a typical week when school is in session: Monday-Thursday: Drop ins/walks available before and after school hours Friday: 5:00pm-8:00pm Weekends: 6:30am-8:00pm
