I have three pups Odie, 8 year old Aussie, Maverick, 5 year old Husky mix, and Tofu, 3 year old Shiba mix. I live in Collinsville, off of HWY 159, my current service radius is about 25 miles. That being said, I am willing to travel further than 25 miles, but additional charges will apply. Rates will vary per client, depending on service/s requested and distance outside of service range. I work full-time, I am an ophthalmic technician in Arnold, MO. I started doing Rover, to have something I could grow into a business and be passionate about. I had no idea when I started that I had found my calling. I wanted to be the calming, stress-free solution to pet parents who have anxious / disabled / elderly / fear aggressive pet/s, who just need the extra care, patience, and comfort of their own environments. The thing I hear most during my meet & greets with a new client is: “My pet/s is so weary or unsure of new people and boarding them or having other sitters in the past, just hasn't worked for us. We have given up on trying to travel or take vacations, because it's too stressful knowing my pet/s are not okay with us being gone.” I know and understand that helpless feeling! I have three pups of my own, who made me realize that I'm not the only pet parent who has animals with quirks, anxiety, medical needs, or behavioral issues, that prevent them from boarding them with a kennel, hiring their neighbor to check on them now and again, or dropping them off at a family or friends house during their absence. I provide the best, loving, patient, safe, thorough care for your pet/s, no matter their needs. I want to be the one who give you freedom to be more than a non traveling pet parent. I offer stress and guilt free pet care! I offer pet care outside of Rover through my pet care business, New Dog Petcare618. I am on Facebook and Instagram. I occasionally post media, from my bookings, and will post content on my social media accounts. If you wish to not have your pet featured, please make this known at the meet & greet visit or prior to the start of the booking. Otherwise, it will be assumed you have read my profile fully and have given automatic consent to post pet media. I offer services with and outside of Rover. I give Rover their credit, when it comes to new clients, since they probably wouldn't have found me without their app / marketing. When I say credit, I am implying the 11% service fee per booking total, up to $50.00. This fee is charged to the client, in addition to my agreed upon rates. Rover also retains 20% of all money paid from a client to myself, with no cap, from every booking I accept through their app. I think that is fair for any new client to automatically book through Rover, even if interested in starting services through me directly. After the initial booking, if any client wishes to book directly with me, they have that available as an option. I am fully insured with my own business liability with StateFarm, regardless of how clients book their pet care needs. I require a meet & greet visit for ALL new clients. I understand there are circumstances / unavoidable change of plans, where it's not possible for us to meet prior to a booking. Please contact me and I will see if there is a creative solution to get as much information as possible, prior to the start of a booking. House Sitting This service includes an overnight stay, 9pm to 6am on weekdays or 9pm to 7am on weekends, and one 30 min drop-in visit midday and one 60 min drop-in visit in the evening. Times for the drop-in visits will need to be discussed prior to the meet & greet visit or in the booking request prior to booking the stay. Drop-Ins / Dog Walks Monday - Sunday: 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM ALL requests for 2 or more pets will be a 1 hour drop-in visit / walk, no exceptions. ALL requests for puppies, under 1 year old, will be the puppy rate for a 1 hour drop-in visit / walk, no exceptions. In my experience, 30 minutes is not sufficient to provide appropriate care for multiple pets or puppies. This is in place to make sure your pets are the number one priority, nothing else. I will not rush through visits and simply leave at 30 minutes because my time is done. I will make sure your pets are loved and cared for, efficiently and safely. This ensures that I am compensated for the true time needed to care for multi pet or puppy households. Please don’t hesitate to message with questions or confirmation of dates showing unavailable.
