Pet care experience
I studied and received my qualification in animal care at Kirkley Hall College. I worked with a variety of animals during this time, including different sizes and ages of cats and dogs, rodents and reptiles, and a few animals on the zoo. I learned about animal behaviour, basic training methods, and specifics on care for certain animals. I've grown up surrounded by a variety of pets and always had an interest in the care that they need. I currently have 4 pets, two of them being older.

Megan came to look after our very anxious English Bulldog and Miniature Dachshund at short notice, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. Before we went away, she visited our home to introduce herself and meet our girls, which really helped them feel comfortable. During our time away, she took them for walks and made a couple of home visits, tailoring her care to each dog’s individual needs and personalities. Her patience, kindness, and understanding were evident throughout. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our beloved girls were in such caring hands. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their four-legged family members.
Megan was great and very reassuring for us leaving our kittens for the first time. Very communicative and provided great photos, our kittens were super comfortable with her.
Bonnie had a great walk with Megan :-) Megan really put us at ease and Bonnie was super calm around her, which is a great sign. Will definitely book again and absolutely recommend to others 110%
Megan was amazing at looking after our cat Jack while we were on holiday. She kept us updated and sent us some lovely photos of him. I would definitely book with Megan again she is reliable and super friendly and Jack loved her!
