I am recently graduated with my Masters degree from Columbia University, and am now working full-time remote with lots of flexibility during the day. I have been a Rover sitter for over 4 years for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and backgrounds - trust me I have seen it all! I also grew up with six small dogs back home and have been surrounded by dogs all my life. On top of that, I spent some time volunteering at a pet shelter socializing rescued dogs and cats who needed a little extra love. All of this experience means I will take great care of your pets, making sure that they stay safe, happy, and healthy every single time.

Most importantly, I make sure I always know where the dog is, and that all doors/possible exits are secured. I also make sure the dog doesn't eat anything that will make them unwell or they shouldn't be eating. I follow the dog's behavioral cues, walking or playing with them if they have a lot of energy, or leaving them be if they don't want the attention. I know how important consistency is for dogs, especially ones that are learning, so I always check any specific household or behavioral rules or routines with owners ahead of time.

Megan was great! The pups loved her, she was very responsive, and she sent lots of updates. The house was left clean and I’d definitely love to have her watch the pups again!
Megan was fantastic staying overnight with my dog Pippa, and especially appreciate her being available on shorter notice due to some last minute travel. She was prompt, communicative, and followed all my directions to a tee. Pippa & I would happily book again!
I can't say enough good things about Megan! She is responsive and professional and asked excellent questions in advance of her stay. She left my apartment spotless and my dogs happy and tired. I received lots of updates and photos. My dogs received all the love and snuggles and I didn't have to stress about them while we were gone.
Megan was an incredible sitter for our dog, Jude. It’s been several years since I left Jude in someone else’s care and quite frankly have had a lot of separation anxiety myself. After meeting Megan and seeing how quickly our dog warmed up to her, I took a chance and booked some Travel. I’m so glad I did. Megan took fantastic care of Jude, including special food and medicine instructions. She sent me pictures and updates every day. I told her very specific things that Jude likes to do and she did all of them. Our house was in fantastic shape when I came back, Everything neat and tidy. I wish I could hire her full time. I have already started planning another trip and will be excited to have Megan as our Sitter. She’s really awesome. If you’re on the fence, you should definitely give her a try.
Megan was a fantastic sitter! She was prompt, professional, and anticipated all of my dog’s needs. Even from our meet and greet alone, I could tell she was familiar with how to handle dogs; she asked great questions about my dog’s reactivity levels, behaviors, etc. Megan sent me updates and photos of my dog throughout my trip which really put my mind at ease. I would recommend her to anyone!
Megan was the perfect dogsitter during our extended trip to Europe--communicative, conscientious, flexible, and fantastic with our dog Izzy. She is a gem and we will definitely work with her again!

Schedule
Working 100% remotely, my schedule is super flexible, so I can stay at home during the day and do plenty of walks and play time.
