Dog/cat lover! Will walk, run&play!
My name is Megan and I have a huge passion for taking care of animals! I previously worked at two veterinary clinic where I was the receptionist as well as a veterinary assistant. There I helped administer medical care to all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, lizards, birds and small rodents. In addition, I have volunteered at two animal shelters where I walked dogs not only for exercise but also to increase their chances of being adopted. This included cleaning the kennels, feeding, and making sure the dogs had water, as well as play time. I also have a 5 year old kitty named Mochi and a 3 year old kitty boy named Finn, they are both playful and full of energy. This means I'm also available to take care of your kitty needs! I really enjoy being around animals and love taking care of them 💗 I always always always send photo and videos of your fur babies !

I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about Megan :) She is very special to me and my boys! She keeps me in the loop on everything they did or were doing. She stayed with my 2 boys for 3 nights and my little Walter fell in love with Megan.. that makes my heart so happy! When we go out of town again I will use Megan if she is in town and available. Megan will always be my first choice.
She was amazing! Great communication and the house was spectacular. Will definitely use again!
Megan agreed to watch our pup over the holiday even with a short notice. She did a meet and greet first which was helpful. She showed up on time, took Yeti on walks even in cold and snowy weather, and sent us pics and videos throughout the few nights she stayed with Yeti. We would definitely use her again!
Megan is fantastic! She was so understanding, caring, and calm with Patches’ separation and Irby and barrier frustration. I didn’t worry about Patch at all during his stay with Megan, which says a lot! Couldn’t recommend Megan highly enough and would love to have her back.
Megan is my go-to for dog walking and watching. She’s responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. She’s always able to help with the unexpected last-minute requests. Megan loves dogs and more importantly, dogs LOVE her!
Megan is unbelievable! I had trouble finding a trusted dog sitter/walker for my rambunctious German shorthaired pointer. Won’t look any further! She handles him very well and is knowledgeable and a wide variety of breeds. Meagan does a fantastic job walking and feeding my dog when needed and even d drives 30 minutes to my house to do so. Highly recommended and thankful.

I will make sure to ask in-depth questions about your pets behavior, schedule, diet etc. I am very observant and watchful of the pets I am taking care of whether that be when we are having one on one time or out in public on walks I.e. making sure that if they are giving signs of being over stimulated or feeling anxious or scared I do what I can to redirect and to make them feel and stay safe! I would love to meet your pet first if possible so they are familiar with me and that way I can gage both mine and the pets comfort level!

A typical day
I love being active so I am always up for walks around the block/neighborhood or park, tug of war, fetch, playing out in the yard etc. I love going on hikes with your dog or cat so if they are okay in the car I would love the opportunity to spend that interactive time with them :) If you have a dog that is not as active I love snuggles, and laying around as well or playing in the house!
