I work full-time, but I still have times during the week that I devote to my pets and yours. I make sure that each animal tended gets adequate exercise, attention, and even training as needed.

I currently don’t offer in-house boarding at this time, but I often do house visits and dog walking. I have lots of experience and devote a lot of time ensuring that each person I work with is comfortable and feels safe with me in their home and/or with their pets. I have a set system that also ensures the safety of information such as addresses, keys, etc. so that it will never become a concern. I also take LOTS of photos and videos each time I visit, so that each client I work with can guarantee I do everything correctly and am being as safe as I can with their fur-babies:)

I would like to know behavior tendencies, negative or positive. I’m very adaptable and can work with many kinds of dogs. If I know the dog is high energy, I will make sure they go on a long walk with lots of space, or if I know they tend to be dog aggressive I will go to a more secluded area to avoid conflict. Knowing their favorite things to do, and what kind of activities suit that dog best is very helpful and fun information to look into
A typical day
I personally enjoy going on many walks with my own dog and the dogs I tend to daily. I am very cautious on my walks, making sure to be aware of traffic, temperature, weather, and the dog themselves. On house visits, I am very good at leaving everything as it is and creating a safe environment for me and the pets. With each animal, I also spend lots of time giving them attention! I know it’s hard not being home with your pets, so I do my best to help fill that role. I often will play with toys, cuddle on the couch, or go on runs (depending on the temperament of each pet).

Pet care experience
I provide pet-sitting in your own home, and can also do dog walking. Pet-sitting can include bathing and light grooming. I am comfortable with all ages and breeds of dogs, and have experience with a full range of each. I am experienced with many types of behaviors within dogs, and can offer basic training as needed. I have a passion for animals! I have grown up with many different types animals; dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I’ve also have had lots of experience with farm animals such as horses, goats, pigs, chickens, and ducks. I have been professionally pet-sitting since I was a teenager, and have been on Rover for the last 5+ years. I love all of the sweet pets I’ve been able to work with! My current availability is mornings and evenings M-F, and all day weekends. My schedule does get filled quickly, but if given enough notice I should have flexibility!
