Megan has cared for dogs since she was young, since she’s always had a dog in the house. Her parents are both dog trainers and she learned how to train and care for dogs when she was 12. She also worked at an animal shelter when she was in high school, caring for dogs of all ages, abilities, and with special care needs. She’s been dog sitting and boarding since graduating college 4 years ago, and loves being able to share her love for dogs with others! Madeline is also a dog lover, and has also been dog sitting and boarding since graduating college 4 years ago. As Megan’s partner, she helps care for pets on the two days per week that Megan works in person. She especially loves to cuddle up on the couch with a pet!

Schedule
Between the two of us, one of us is typically working from home on any given day of the week! We are able to accommodate it easily into our work from home schedules.

Safety, trust & environment
We are always available to check in while caring for your pet, and love to send clients photos and videos of their pet when we’ve having fun! We also always dog-proof our home if we’re boarding, putting plants, chocolates, and other items in our office with a closed door. We live in a complex with a dog run and right outside of a dog park and love to take the pets we care for out to socialize, of course if that’s alright with our client!
Pets
A typical day
We love to start the morning with a walk along the MBT with a furry friend. After that, we’ll usually have breakfast and some play time! Throughout the day we’ll have a few more walks, a trip to the dog park nearby, some treats and some play time. We usually end the day with dinner, a walk, and plenty of time to go potty before some cuddling and sleep.

- Please let us know if your dog has any special care needs, and any schedules they are used to. We also live in a pet friendly community, and love to take dogs to the park, so let us know any boundaries with other animals so we can accommodate!
