I would prefer to provide care in the pets home. I have 4 young children so my home can be chaotic. Bringing a stranger around your pet may be hard, bringing them to a chaotic environment would only make it worse.

Schedule
I work full time however I work from home and am extremely flexible (not tied to a computer/phone at all times). I'd prefer to discuss the schedule with any potential pet parents since each schedule is unique.
